Privacy Policy

This privacy policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned with how their ‘Personally identifiable information’ (PII) is being used online. PII is information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context. Please read our privacy policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we collect, use, protect or otherwise handle your Personally Identifiable Information in accordance with our website.

Section 1: What personal information do we collect?

When signing up for any of our eBooks, whitepapers, templates, resources, webinars or training, we collect personal information that you give us, such as your name and email address. This is so that we can deliver what you’ve requested. If you purchase any of our products or services, we may also collect your address, business details, and payment details. This allows us to fulfil and deliver the order. If you complete our application form to work with us, that data is used to assess how suitable we are to work with you based on your business, and how your business works.

Section 2: Consenting to use your data

When you provide us with any data about yourself when making an application, or filling in a form, or purchasing a product, we interpret this as your consent to us collecting that information and using that information for that purpose.

If we ask for your contact details for a secondary purpose (i.e. signing up for an eBook, a whitepaper, resource, webinar, training or marketing messages), we’ll ask you directly for your expressed consent and provide you with an opportunity for you to withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking on the ‘Unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of every email that we send.

Section 3: Disclosure of your data

We may disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law enforcement agencies. Also, if any part of the business is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that they may continue to sell and support our products and services.
However, we will never sell, rent or otherwise disclose your personal information to any third parties. This includes (but is not limited to) advertisers, joint-venture partners or affiliates. We take your privacy very seriously.

Section 4: Data Storage

Our data storage system is hosted and managed by Infusionsoft. They provide us with the customer relationship manager (CRM) tool to allow us to send you the appropriate emails and to look after you as a customer. Your data is stored through Infusionsoft’s data storage, databases and the general Infusionsoft application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

We use a range of software platforms that process payments using the Stripe and Paypal payment processors. At no point do we take custody or store your credit card information.

Section 5: 3rd Party Services

In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

For these providers, we recommend that you read their associated privacy policies so you can understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located a different jurisdiction than either you or us. So if you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves the services of a third-party service provider, then your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
